Beautiful Millie Brown, and white wiggle dress. Size 4. Please see measurements as the dress does not have stretch. The outside is made of cotton. One hanger strap is not connected, but can be easily reattached and because it’s not a stretch dress, I never use them. See pictures for measurements and ask any questions.
