1928 Medallion Necklace

I found this gem at a thrift shop. It's practically in brand-new condition, with the rope chain having no tears or frills. The enamel color is sea-green (1st & last photos are most accurate color-wise), and it has filigree and little stones culminating in a lovely flower. I've no idea how old this is, probably late 90s just due to the tag style. But I've never seen any like it, and I know 1928 pretty well. Truly a one-of-a-kind find.
