Talbots Henley-style sweater with ruffled neckline.

Reposhing this Talbot’s sweater I purchased from @sue_bond due to size. Gorgeous, feminine, non-itchy, soft wool sweater. It fits but is a little snug for someone who likes to wear her clothes loose.
