is there a different panel print on side of leg or is that just the pic? (1st pic)...also do these have the usual black fade from washing ie: grayish look

That is just the way the seams are constructed. (It's not a different pattern or color). I barely wore these so the black is still pretty black, the close up pic looks like it's lighter, but my phone changed the lighting when I zoomed in! Thanks for checking out my closet!
