missamanda1Is the top part stretchy? With ivy city I can usually wear 16/XL if top has give to it. Otherwise I have to size up!

_just_rachel_@missamanda1 there is a lot of stretch on the top half. I am also a true XL and ended up ordering the L which fit much better, but I never got to wear. :( The XL sold yesterday.
