80s Does 40s Style Cotton Velvet / Velveteen Holly Applique Blazer

Black cotton velvet / velveteen plaid blazer with nipped waist with velvet holly / berries applique, slightly puffed sleeves, shoulder pads and optional (but not completely removable) modesty panel in taffeta style plaid fabric, matching piping/trim. No stretch to fabric, please check measurements closely against one of your own similar garments. Label: F L Malik Made in USA RN 73510 100% Cotton / Dry Clean Only Very good to excellent used condition. No smells or damage that I can see but will leave dry cleaning up to new owner (I haven't found a local one that I trust yet).
