Dark Brown Semi-Sheer Missoni Dress 62% Linen 38% Nylon Possibly 1970s or 1980s Have not found another like it for reference. Drop shoulders, gathered at upper shoulder and back of the neckline, and waist. Short Sleeves Deep V Neckline 3 buttons 2 Pockets. BEAUTIFUL. Says size Small on the tag and intended for an oversized loose fit... am thinking it was well beloved and worn before I found it. This dress has a feeling to it... a soulful, strong, and easy character. I have cared for this dress, though it does seem to have loosened from age... the sleeves *might* have been customized from a long to short sleeve... there is a lot of craft in the handwork on this dress including the hem. Shown on a size 8 dress form from 1982. Good for sizes 6-10 (US) easily depending on the fit you want. Please refer to the measurements. I have had this dress for near 15 years. It is in considerably good vintage condition. Has just 6 very small, barely noticeable spots of discoloration near the buttons (2) and on the lower right front skirt (4) (shown).
