They have a 100% nylon lining.
No flaws and very comfortable

@blue_purple_me is there an internal stowaway pocket? I need rain pants for a rain forest trip. It will be hot. Need something to stow in backpack and put on over pants/shorts as needed but must be breathable and comfortable in hot conditions
