I think you might be referring to the button hole (but there is no button at the top collar so I’m not sure why it was made with a button hole on the lapel). I’ve also included an arrow to the small mark above that area that has very small mark in the material. I’m not sure what it would be from. It’s very noticeable. I hope that helps!
