Brooch is made of hard plastic with metallic red foil finish and a plastic "HERSHEY'S KISSES" tag. So sweet!   Brooch measures approximately 1 1/4" across x 1 1/4" tall x 3/4" depth (plus 2" tag) and weighs 0.2 oz.  It has an open C-type clasp that works perfectly.  Excellent condition.
