This is a NWT periwinkle blue and white Tracey Reese by Anthropology sz 12 brand new dress. It’s gorgeous, with eyelet sleeveless top and flared skirt, just below the knee. Zip up side, fully lined with petty coat . Open back w three buttons at top. See measurements in pics. Also look at last picture, I accidentally cut the spaghetti strap, so have re sown it together. Sold as is with no other marks, tears, stains or imperfections.
