This beautiful vintage Men’s Field or Shooting Coat is made of wool and has a lovely herringbone design in olive green and brown. It is in good used condition and has awesome features such as: heavy brass hook at the top of the collar; zip and button pockets on the interior; cords on the interior for adjusting and tightening the mid-section; Brooks Brothers insignia on the zippers; very sturdy quality hardware; 2 roomy outside pockets with buttons on the front (lower); and 2 outside front pockets at an angle; buttons and zippers up the front; small interior buttons for a removable lining (not included). Flaws noted in the photos but are not obvious when wearing. The coat is men's Large and measures approximately 25 inches pit to pit when laying flat; the length is 36 inches. It is lined with quilted brown cotton and is very warm. Some of the quilting has pilling but this can easily be removed. On the interior (not visible when wearing): the tag is torn and the right arm pit and arm has some tears exposing the lining; a small lining tear at the left top. The back outside left along the seam has a mark (stain?) that is difficult to see but could probably be cleaned.
