Scarf Clip Round Ribbed Disk Silver Tone Clamp Style Closure 1.25". Purchased in a lot of scarf clips made in West Germany, so this one may have been too, but it is unmarked. Every other rib is smooth, the alternating ones being textured. The closure is pulled open and clamped shut. Condition is used and could use a cleaning which I will leave up to the buyer.
