Vintage 70's Blouse

1970's vintage blouse in a bold green and white pattern that ties at the waist and has a slight puff at the shoulders. Really cute kelly green plastic buttons, exaggerated collar and a bold pattern that goes from mostly green in the front to mostly white in the back. Perfect vintage statement top! Last two photos show minor discoloration, but otherwise this blouse is in great vintage condition. No brand or tags, item is most likely handmade.
