It was tricky to take measurements because of the style of the dress. I’ve had this dress in my closet for a long time and have never worn it. One of the 3 claps on the back strap is missing the clasp. The hook is still there. Can easily be replaced with another clasp or just thread. No other issues with this dress.

zinb@kbentley32 Hi! The fabric itself does have stretch because it’s made with 8% spandex. However the top half is the dress (the bust) has a silicone like lining along the underside of the back strap and the top of the bust in order to keep the dress in place against the skin. Those areas do not seem to have as much give compared to the rest of the dress. Hope that helps :)
