Penguins wearing little tiny scarves are embroidered all over these super high rise vintage jeans! Tag size 12 but they are very small-the waist measures 26”-27” with some stretch but not much. Model is a 28” and while they fit, it’s a snug fit. The rest of the measurements are in photos!
