@bokiting09 When an offer is send, the other people who like an item receive a notification from Poshmark that an offer has been sent to the item they liked, so I received another offer for a higher amount right after you sent your offer.

@bokiting09 You can send an email to Poshmark customer service they might be able to explain their policy better. But in general if a seller receives 2 offers for the same item they will accept the higher one.
