Does it fit all over like a medium? A fitted/ snug medium? This brand is hard to gauge on fit, it seems to vary a lot

To me it fits more like a medium than a large. This brand is definitely not accurate with sizing. Beautiful piece and I love the length to make it look like button down is underneath.
