Like new, worn once, no flaws. Has a wedge heel (about 3 inches tall) these fit a little snug so if you are a true size 6.5/7 (like I am) this 7.5 will fit you perfectly with space m. It will also fit a size 7.5 but will be more snug (per the sales person at Coach) I will ship with box
