This flowy off-the-shoulder dress is from Xhilaration. It’s a beautiful green-ish blue color with a reddish floral and blue petal design. Its hemlines are decorated with a crochet design. It’s never been worn and is in excellent condition. It measures roughly 15 inches pit-to-pit and a length of 29.5 inches. The sleeves are roughly 21 inches long. Smoke free home!
