As its name suggests, the Dovima dress is all about the neckline and its extensive v-shaped network of 37 pintucks which draw the front of the dress in before the volume is released from the bust down. This version in embroidered tulle has 2 contrasting silk bands applied at collar and cuff for added texture. The dress has an asymmetrical opening (at wearer’s left side princess seam) with fourteen buttons on the functioning placket so it can be completely done up, partially or completely undone depending on if the wearer wants to show collarbone, leg or use the dress as a soft coat of sorts over a t-shirt and jeans or one of our camisole and culotte pairings. Please note this dress is unlined and does not come with a slip— best over the Simple Slip in solid black cdc, Bibi Fleur or the Momo Kazu print depending on the lace colorway or over a bodysuit or slip you already own.
