This vintage y2k 90s strapless prom dress is a gorgeous shade of dark royal blue. It has pleating on the bodice and at the waist. Its truly a high end well made formal dress. The fabric looks like silk but is a polyester nylon blend. The strapless mini dress zips up the back, and is marked size Medium. This is a very petite size Medium, definitely a junior wear size Medium, and is a very short dress! This dress also has a hem that can be let out if you need more length.
