Vintage Holiday Black Blouse with Sequin Collar and Cuffs

This unique, chic, black blouse is vintage 80s but very contemporary. The fabric can best be described as semi sheer, but not see-through. The sequin mock neck collar and cuffs add pizzazz to this classic style. The long sleeves drape gracefully ending in cuffs with two buttons. Small built-in shoulder pads give tailored shaping.
