La Femme Electric Blue Formal Dress

LaFemme Brand formal dress. Size 10, measurements shown in photos. Electric Blue color. Only worn once for an event. Had the length hemmed. For reference, I am 5'6" and wore 4 inch heels, the length just sweeps the floor. The dress was taken in about 1/2 inch, right in the lower back area above zipper (measurements in photos).
