You don’t have to be in the office to make a statement in this vintage 1970s blue sheer floral secretary dress! Pair it with a slip, loose braid and booties and you’ll look chic wherever you wear it! This midi dress features a high button collar, long puff sleeves with ruffle cuffs and an elastic waist, and an almost pixel boho ditsy floral print on the blue sheer dress. It can be worn belted for a modern look. It is in great vintage condition with some minor fraying at the cuffs (see photos).
