msl824 @sheila_canaan It is both in one. You can actually use it afterwards as a leave in conditioner, just a small amount. It is sulfate free. It will not lather up like a normal "shampoo"

msl824 @sheila_canaan I love wen. If you've never used it before, most people see an immediate improvement, and then over the course of several months even more improvement. If you color your hair, the color will last longer and a lot of it will not shampoo out the first few times you clean your hair after coloring.
