Gorgeous Dress w/Ruffles, We LOVE It !!

This dress is IT: perfect for change of seasons.. not familiar with brand/designer, and label tells us made in Turkey. Like new condition. Very forgiving wide smocked waistline. We’ve added “showy” gold belt as one styling idea (doesn’t come with belt). Flounced opaque floral layer on top, front and rear. The bustline measures 20” one side, laying flat. You can see we’ve had to use clips in the back to secure a good fit on our model. The inner slip lining layer is ripping apart from the smocked waist: (not for nothing, but I’d take it out altogether & just wear an opaque 1/2 slip for a lighter look) No matter, dress is 100% ready to wear, as the inner waistline booboos don’t show at all from the outside
