These studded stunners from Derek Lam were handmade in Italy of lustrous burgandy spazzalato leather. With their stompy 3.5" heels and pointed toe, they are an easy and sophisticated choice for fall. Hardly worn, these show very minimal use at the vamps and soles, as pictured - in excellent used condition. Note that Derek Lam shoes typically run small, and these even more so given their toe box and heel height - this size 39 should be a good fit for a US size 8.
