60s Vintage Blue Velvet Mini Dress

This dress is so darling. Circa 1960s, it’s a blue velvet micro mini dress with a slight a line shape. It has an oversized collar and three white rhinestone buttons down the front. It zips up the back with a metal zipper. Fully lined. In good vintage condition with no major flaws to note. Has no size tag - see measurements in photos. Approximately a small to medium.
