Elie Tahari Camille Sleeveless Ruffled Collar Dress, size 2

This dress is so cute and so unique! I only wore it twice (what was wrong with me??) I bought it at Saks Fifth Avenue outlet and it came without a belt. But, I wore it with a brown suede leather belt and brown leather gladiator sandals and it looked super cool. 💙 The color is not actually as bright as the original retailer photos are, but also not as dull as mine (took pics in artificial light), the truest color is on the picture with the hanger and the belt.
