Brand new without tags. Only tried on. Never worn. They run big. They are a size 4 but are stretchy and run a little loose. They are so cute and flattering, high rise and have an off centered button. Just didn’t fit me. These are the x-short length. I’m 5,1” and they were still slightly long in my. Would be good for someone 5’-5’3” depending how cropped you want them.
