The sheer puff sleeves with little tied bows are feminine and flirty. I’m a size 2 and the small fit well, and would work for a size 0 or 4 too thanks to the forgiving shirring in the back and the skater skirt style. It’s only been worn once, and it’s in great condition. I can’t recommend this dress enough.
