Respectfully, I suggest wearer be an xtra small. They are not heavily constructed; one of those closet items you take care of NEVER SECOND HAND, NEVER TRIED ON I ALSO HAVE THESE IN A PEWTER COLOR. PANTALONES SIZE 6M FOR PLATFORM SHOE/BOOT AND LEGGINGS/PANTALONES ARE SIZE SMALL. ***Jeffrey Campbell site states PANTALONES can fit to 33” but I FIRMLY DISAGREE. These measure approx 12” flat and stretch up to about 14” (for 28” total waist size.) Respectfully, I think any larger waist would stretch and potentially break the thin seams in waist.
