Very clean inside and out. This is a cute, vintage Relpo pink baby bootie ceramic planter w/ a pink bow and blue spaghetti detail along the rim front. It has a joyful baby in white pajamas with blue polka dots standing on the front of the boot. It was originally intended to be used as a planter, but now functions as lively nursery decor.
