This is a vintage party dress, a sexy black cocktail dress, with Vicky and Lucas as the maker. There are straps and a slit in the bottom. There is extra room in the hips. (my model wears a XS so it is a little big on her) The dress fabric is Cotton, Spandex and Polyester. The dress has stretch. There is a back zipper, and the dress is Fully Lined. MEASUREMENTS with stretch: Chest - 34-36 Waist - 26 - 28" Hips - 38" - 42" Length: from under arm seam to hem: 33" It is a very sexy form fitting dress for someone with big hips. Perfect to wear for a huba huba wedding guest, to go clubbing, cocktails, for Date night, to a dinner date, or to a party. Wear it to the Prom. Very Good quality in very good condition.
