It’s a size XSP extra small Petite so can fit a Girls Large and XL with the elastic waist and lightweight material. 100% cotton lining with stretchy middle elastic and flattering top with ruffles. Too small for me now, but for when I was a size 2-4, Loft usually runs bigger. For reference I’m 5’3” and it hit just above the knee.
