the_curatedhome @fashionista7220 i think you’re able to initiate the partial refund on your side. this is what i found on the website: sellers can offer a partial refund for their item(s). In the app Go to your Account Tab Select My Sales. Select the order with the return case. On the Order Details page, select View Conversation. Open the conversation and select the three dot menu (...) in the bottom right-hand corner. Select Offer Partial Refund. Enter the partial refund amount. Select Submit.

the_curatedhome @fashionista7220 not sure if you saw my earlier comment. i hate to be a pest about this, but i have limited time to have this repaired. from what i found, you are able to submit the partial refund on your own without having to wait for poshmarks intervention. it says that you can find the option on the conversation page of the open case for the order. there should be three dots that you can click and find the option. thanks so much for your patience with me! 💖💖💖
