Laquette sleeveless blouse with flowers on the shoulder and silk panel on front

This is a gorgeous blouse from Laquette in navy. It’s sleeveless with flowers on the shoulders made of the same material. There is a silk inverted v panel on the front giving it a tunic movement. It’s slightly sheer. It doesn’t have tags but was never worn. I have a huge wardrobe and stylists would have a budget to purchase x amount of clothes and this just isn’t my style, so I never wore it. It says size 1 but it will fit a size small maybe medium perfectly. I’m definitely not a size 1 and it fits fine (I did try it on).
