Halloween Elegant Witches Hat - NEW ITEM

This hat is new never worn. The Witch hat is made out of a material that feels like a very thin velvet. This hat is so beautiful and elegant with the front wist all the black roses with two of them having beautiful eye balls inside, The top is all done in a pleaded section towards the end of the hat with a spider at the end that hangs by one leg. The spider at the end just like the one in the front are stitched in in case you want to remove them. The hat is 17" long to the end where you have the spider hanging and the inside diameter measures 8" round and it's cushioned to make sure that the top stays standing. The hat is very light weight. This was purchased at a specialty custom store that would costume make items like this one. You can say one of a kind from the Dragon's Den Costume store that is no longer in business. The hat is all black except for the eye balls.
