Really cute top with a V-neck and double rows of ruffles around the neck with ruffles down the front center and ruffles on bottom of sleeves. Top is extremely stretchy, but I will provide approximate measurements lying flat: armpit to armpit - 21"; waist - 19"; bottom of top - 21"; length - 26". Top also has a ruffle on the bottom. Pristine condition. Top is a size medium, although size tag is missing.
