Size: 3X Petite (Juniors) Forever 21 sizes are juniors sizes. This dress fit me perfectly when I was a 1X in women’s sizes. The reason it is considered petite is because it’s been altered at the top to be shorter in the bust area. The measurement from shoulder to the area right below bust is 15.5” (on hanger). The entire length measurement of the dress is 37.5” (on hanger). The dress has a clasp and zipper on the back. Material is polyester but feels somewhat silky. Very comfortable!
