lydiak93 @jade_kleinpeter thank you for asking! I am actually not sure and that is why I like to include measurements in my listings. I looked at a few dresses others had listed to see what their measurements vs. tag said and most don’t include tag and measurements. It is very possible that this dress is meant for a doll- I got it second hand.

lydiak93 @sirina_r There are a few measurements in the last several pictures. I am not certain about the tag…vintage sizing is usually quite different compared to modern sizing! Please let me know if you have any other questions, I’m happy to try to help!
