Cupcakes & Cashmere Floral Midi Wrap Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @squeakie. Loved it, but it doesn’t fit me very well anymore. It’s only been worn once or twice by me and it was new with tags when I bought it. It’s in great shape! It does have a sharpie mark on the interior brand tag, but otherwise no rips, holes, stains, etc. The straps are adjustable and it has a wrap waist with a tie. There is a snap closure at the bust, which could be removed for more flexibility in sizing. There is a lining in this dress. Measurements: Waist: A bit hard to say since it has a tie at the waist. If I lay the dress flat and pretend to wrap the waist, I would say it's roughly 12-13", but again, could be adjusted if the snap at the bust was taken off and if you tie closer to the waist or looser.
