Long faux wrap dress

I’ll be honest. I’m not sure why I got this. It’s not my style. But it’s very pretty on the right body style which is probably yours. There’s a slit up the front, lightly loved but no visible damage. Would look great with a belt probably? I’m not sure how to wear this is the issue here. Also the size is worn away but it’s stretchy and I’m a large and it fits me well so I’m going with large.
