Fouad Sarkis baby blue gown

Gorgeous icy blue gown, look and feel like Cinderella ✨ worn only once, dry cleaned, altered. I am 5 ft and wore over 5 inch heels (dress just touches the ground) beading was added during alteration. Noticed a blue stone is missing after I got it dry cleaned. Can be replaced with a bead from a lower portion that won’t be visible. Lowered price to adjust for cost of repair
