Hem span is a whopping 20” across! These are perfect if you have long legs and an added plus is that they make your bum look great. These are rare and reasonably/firmly priced. I was only able to find one pair floating around on the internet for $99. NWT. Tag is still attached but the lower portion with the price has fallen off.
