It seems like no one wanted to deal with the bank and their guidelines for payments. All work now and the financial burden falls upon us to be able to move into our forever home . Thanks to some great family and super friends that have agreed to help out with all the labor. All we need to do now is come up with the finances to purchase all the materials. The materials all come from these major jobs. Some are structural. The roof✅️ 3 jack posts and support beams ✅️ Plumbing✅️ Furnace ✅️ Flooring Electric✅️ Sheet rock and plaster repair✅️ Shower install/master bath repairs Stair railing✅️ Porch repairs Ceder siding replacements fencing to keep kids safe we spend every weekend and long nights there doing work.
