Anthropologie Eva Franco Blue "Albustru" Circle Skirt

Fabulous statement skirt by Eva Franco for Anthropologie! Rich cobalt blue circles adorn this swing-style skirt. The textured circular design is layered over blush pink neoprene lining. Side zip and hook closure. Please note there may be a few minor pulls/imperfections in this skirt. There is some light discoloration on the back left and a small spot (could possibly be removed) on the internal lining. As always, questions are welcome!
