CHARMING 1960s' SALMON/PINK STRAW FEDORA WITH STRAW "FEATHER" & PEARLS

What a beautiful and colorful hat! It is made of salmon and pink colored straw. The top is salmon colored, and the bottom of the brim is pink,. as photographed. The round crown is surrounded by a shiny pink band that ends in a bow at the side. The medium brim is upturned towards the back. There is a beautifully made "feather" made of the same salmon colored straw. It slants upwards and sideways, end it curls a bit. It is trimmed with small pearls. The inside of the hat is lined with white netting. Label: An original CATALINA of California This is an authentic piece of fashion history! This hat is in wonderful vintage condition & has been lovingly preserved among over 1300 vintage hats we have collected for 40+ years. Feathers, straw, flowers & veils are fragile, given their age.
