The hem on these jeans is usually very wide like over 1”. The ad indicates they were upcycled so was this done by thinning the hem and shortening the jeans? Thanks

@meganknight777 Hello, The hem was probably shredded. This would be the only reason I would shorten them. I buy jeans all year long and upcycle them into bell bottoms. The hem on the jeans is the regular 1/2 inch. Thanks for asking.

@norma_allen ok, I was just trying to gauge how much of the length was taken off because I am 5”11. I have two other pairs of these and they are my favorite jeans but I can’t have them any shorter…I just saw your other listings for the bell bottoms and they are all awesome!! Great work there!
